All our staff - including chef, cook, catering manager, floor manager, bartenders and servers - are present at every event, and happy to be at your service.
ABOUT CHEF GWENDOLYN
Chef Gwendolyn Ozamis has been cooking since she was a young girl. She started in the family kitchen and eventually decided to make it her career. She graduated at the Center for Culinary Arts Manila (CCA) and has worked in numerous hotels, including the Makati Shangri-La's Cheval Blanc, the Westin Philippine Plaza, and most recently, the Al Habtoor Grand Resort Jumeira Beach in Dubai.
Gwendolyn also served as Culinary Consultant to several restaurants. Wendy trained initially in the cold kitchen as garde manger and worked her way up to becoming Senior Banquet Chef in Dubai. She is currently the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of O Cuisine Connoisseur together with her two sisters, Sharon Ozamis-Ferrer and Crystal Ozamis.
